My Uncle Howard was the best uncle ever too me and my sister Alecia. There was never a dull moment when he came in town to visit. Even though the last time we talked and laughed was when we lost Granny and it was still wonderful to be in your presence. I was so happy to see you and hold your hand before God called you home!! I love you too pieces and you are truly missed. I will never forget you. My prayers go out to Aunt Mars, Kim, the grandbabies, and LaShoun. I love you guys also. We will also be family and nothing or nobody can changed that <3

Howard was an excellent example of a brother-in-law and uncle. He was a very positive role model for the entire family. He will be truly missed. I cherish the memories God allowed us to have with Howard. May the Lord continue to help Marcella, LaShone, Kimberlyn, grandchildren, father, sisters and brothers.

Howard was a loyal customer in my store for the past 25 years or so. Over those years, I came to think of him as more than just a customer. I truly enjoyed our visits. It became obvious to me that Howard was a good and very kind hearted man. I got the sense that this was a man that was without a doubt a hard worker, a good husband to his wife, and a very positive role model to his children. My heart goes out to his family in this difficult time. May God bless you and give you peace.

I worked with Howard as his utility in Degerm at ADM for many years.
He was one of the most kind hearted people I've known and I am proud to have been able to call him a friend.
He had a great laugh that was infectious and the sense of humor to go along with it.
He will definitely be missed.
God bless this family in their time of sorrow.
